FIRB Christmas shutdown arrangements – 18 November 2016 a key deadline
Given the importance of FIRB approvals for inbound clients proposing commercial and residential property investments, we note that the following statement now appears on the FIRB website:
Christmas Shutdown. Please note that applications received from Friday, 18 November 2016 may not be processed prior to the Christmas/New Year holiday period. If this appears likely, a case officer will contact you to discuss the alternatives.
